Legaleze.co.uk website legal disclosures

The following information is given as required by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended) and other legal requirements

1. The supplier of the services described on the legaleze.co.uk website (“the Site”) is Legaleze Limited (registered in England and Wales as a private limited company under company number 07401414) of 46 Greenway Close, London N20 8EN (“Legaleze” or “we”).

2. The contact details including email address of Legaleze are contained in the Contact tab on the Site.

3. Legaleze is registered with HM Revenue & Customs for the purposes of anti-money laundering regulation under number 12636292.

4.  The services which Legaleze provides are described on the home page of the Site and on the pages describing particular services. The prices of the services and method of payment are also described on those pages. The prices are inclusive of tax and delivery costs. The services are delivered either via the Site or by email as described on those pages.

5. If you are contracting as a consumer (i.e. you are an individual acting for purposes which are outside your business), you have a right of cancellation of the contract to provide services under regulation 10 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended) (“the DSR”). You must exercise the right by giving a cancellation notice before the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the contract is concluded. However, unless we and you agree otherwise, you will not be able to cancel the contract under regulation 10 once the performance of the services has begun with your agreement.

6. Any period for which the offer or the price of a service remains valid will be displayed on the Site in relation to the particular service. The Legaleze paid subscription Membership is available subject to payment of the annual or periodic subscription described on the Site.

7. A contract for the provision of a Legaleze service will be concluded by your requesting the service via the Site or by email and by our acceptance of your request by email in accordance with the instructions on the Site. All Legaleze services are subject to the terms and conditions referred to on the Site.

8. We are not solicitors or authorised persons for the purposes of the Legal Services Act 2007 and we do not conduct any “reserved legal activity” within the meaning of such Act.
